About Jesus and Money | What Did Jesus Say About Money?

Welcome to Jesus and Money, a dedicated platform exploring Jesus' teachings on generosity, the dangers of wealth, having an eternal perspective, and stewardship. In the New Testament, Jesus frequently addressed the topic of money, emphasizing that our true treasure lies not in material possessions but in our relationship with God. This blog delves into these passages, offering insights on how to align financial decisions with a biblical worldview centered on stewardship, generosity, and contentment.

Jesus and Money is the result of years of learning, teaching, and guiding others in understanding what the Bible says about money. My goal is not only to share what I have learned but also to deepen my own understanding of what Jesus truly teaches about money. This journey began in 2024 by reading through the four Gospels and identifying every verse where Jesus directly or indirectly referenced money. I then studied these verses through both a contextual and textual framework.

The search to answer the question, "What did Jesus say about money?" has inspired the blog posts you’ll find here. I would love to hear your thoughts and reflections on Jesus and Money.
